If a list frame is selected on the sheet, the menu List is visible:

A list frame is generally a text frame, which lists the contents of the assigned node, but there are also some specialties to this frame, which we will explain later in this manual.
The functions you can see in the menu match those of the text frames except for two functions. The first difference is: Kind. This function offers you to control the way your list will look by selecting the enumeration style and bullet or number for the list. XSLfast offers you different styles to choose from.
Attention: Not all symbols and characters you can select here work equally well with every available font. A font, which works well with bulleted lists, is e.g. Arial.
The second difference is the opportunity to assign the list frame to an XML node via the menu commands. We will also explain why this is necessary later in this manual.
