Pagination

 

The Pagination element allows you to display numbers of pages in the layout. Place a Pagination element by clicking the icon and placing the frame on the page. You will see a frame containing a character string in which N stands for Number:

 

 

By double click on the frame a pagination editor opens:

 

 

Specify the Text before or/and the Text after the number of the page using the Pagination editor (shown above) or the inspector window:

 

 

It is possible to generate the number of current page and the number of all pages in the layout next to it. To do that you need to check the check box Use page numbering "n of N" and choose the separator to be displayed between the numbers:

 

 

Please note: Currently it is required to enter one blank space before and after the separator, and also a blank space after Text before and before Text after.

 

The output data specified in the inspector window as shown above, may look like this:

The Pagination font parameters, alignment, text and background color can be edited using the menu Page number, Context menu or inspector window.
